Cancellation Policy

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if they wish to by emailing us at complaints@boultaudio.com or calling us at +91 9555602502.

To cancel an order within 24 hours, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your Boult Audio account.

  • Log in to the My Account section at boultaudio.com
  • Select the product that needs to be cancelled
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process

The refund will be processed within 2 working days.

Defective and damaged products can be returned within 4 working days, from the day of delivery.

Refund Options

For online orders, we will refund the value of your returned item(s) to the account/ credit card used for purchase.

Refund of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. Boult Audio does not take any responsibility for a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities, or national holidays.
  • A customer can request for a refund if the specification of the product received is not as per the specifications mentioned on the website or if the product replacement takes more than 14 working days. A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product, physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge, or any damage caused by the user.
  • Please note that depending on the situation, the amount may be refunded after deducting the bank and delivery charges.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is defective or has physical damage. In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items please report the same to our Customer Service team by calling at +91 9555602502 (8:00 a.m to 8:00 pm/7 days a week), or write an email to complaints@boultaudio.com. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any product defect coming up within the 1st 10 days of the invoice date then the product may be replaced basis the nature of the problem, however, if the defect is minor then the product will be sent for repair. Any product defect notified after 10 days of the invoice will not be eligible for a replacement. A product will not be replaced if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product, physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge, or any damage caused by the user. The customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service centre and the charges will be borne by the customer itself, however, while the product is sent back to the customer the charges will be borne by the merchant.

Shipping Policy

We at Boult Audio know how important it is to receive your purchased products on time and in the finest condition. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in perfect condition, and always on time, as promised by our customer care executive, or on the website. Below are some more shipping related points:

  • Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of the payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall do so by placing multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 2-3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases, it takes longer, up to 5 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured by the seller where there is a heavy demand.
  • Orders are shipped out on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Please examine the product at the time on delivery, to verify if the packaging is tampered or damaged. If the product is not in the ideal condition, please refuse the collection of the package, and call our customer service number at +91 9555602502 (8:00 a.m to 8:00 pm/7 days a week), or write to us on complaints@boultaudio.com mentioning your order reference number and details. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Please note, all the orders placed on the Boult Audio website are shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may call our customer service number at +91 9555602502 (8:00 a.m to 8:00 pm/7 days a week), or write an email to complaints@boultaudio.com  mentioning your order reference number.
